Been taking care of this building for over twenty years. Tonight I was down in the boiler room fixing a fuse — the lights kept flickering, you might’ve noticed. You know... 20 is a GOOD number, not like 26. I hate bad numbers like 26! If I had 26 numbers, I'd make changes. Chop off the first ten and the last ten. Then I'd take the 1st, 3rd and 5th numbers from the remaining 6 because 6 is a bad number too! That would leave me with 3 numbers and that's really good!
